Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Construction to support a large national energy account in Richmond, CA. This role provides leadership across a portfolio of construction projects and supports project managers working on behalf of a single national client. The Senior Project Manager oversees planning, scheduling, financial performance, safety, and compliance across complex construction and renovation projects.

Requirements- Lead, mentor, and support project managers, ensuring accountability for project performance, timelines, and key metrics.
- Oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, risk management, contract negotiations, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, safety programs, and client requirements.
- Manage client and subcontractor relationships through effective communication, progress reporting, and issue resolution.
- Support financial performance by analyzing budgets, contributing to cost estimates, preparing proposals, and developing project recovery plans when needed.
- Ensure project controls, documentation, procurement, engineering, commissioning, and field operations align with company and client standards.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of management experience.
- Minimum 3 years of functional experience in project management or construction‑related work.
- Experience managing complex construction projects, including MEP systems, Active‑site renovations, Safety programs and compliance, Coordination among diverse stakeholders.
- Working skills in: Project Controls, Forecasting, Scheduling, Documentation, Project Management and Financial Systems.
- Advanced proficiency in: MS Office Suite, Adobe, Visio, Scheduling/estimating software.
