Are you a seasoned professional in the Construction Industry with a knack for leadership and a passion for creating high-quality structures? If so, we are looking for you! We are seeking a Permanent Superintendent to join our dynamic, fast-paced team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee all aspects of our construction projects, from planning to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to our high standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all stages of project life cycles, from initial planning to completion.
• Managing the daily operations on the construction site.
• Supervising all construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to quality standards, deadlines, and safety regulations.
• Collaborating closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure the project s success.
• Implementing strategies to prevent delays and to stay within budget.
• Making critical decisions that could impact the project s timeline, budget, or quality.
• Conducting regular safety inspections to ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards.
• Resolving any issues, problems, or delays that occur on the construction site.
• Providing regular updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
• Ensuring the project complies with all building and safety codes.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry (preferably K12/Education experience), with a focus on managing mid to large-scale projects.
• Proven experience in decision-making roles, with the ability to make sound judgments under pressure.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and OSHA safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a knack for resolving issues quickly and effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A strong commitment to safety management, with a proven track record of maintaining safe work environments.
