Scion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Part‑Time Administrative Assistant (Temporary) for a mission‑driven nonprofit client. This is an on‑site opportunity located in Richmond, CA, working Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (with flexibility of one hour before or after as needed).

POSITION OVERVIEW

This temporary, part‑time Administrative Assistant role supports daily office operations and large‑scale organization projects. The position focuses on front desk responsibilities, workspace organization, and maintaining efficient systems across multiple office areas. This is a hands‑on role suited for someone who is extremely organized, proactive, and comfortable being active throughout the day.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Organize office spaces, storage areas, files, and shared work spaces
  • Greet visitors and maintain a professional front office presence

  • Maintain a tidy, functional office environment and communicate progress updates

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This temporary position offers $28 per hour
. The assignment is expected to last approximately two months, with potential for extension based on organizational needs. This role provides a consistent part‑time schedule and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a mission‑driven organization.
