Position SummaryRetail Sales Associate (Full‑Time) at MWT, AT&T Authorised Retail Store. Unlimited commission potential, flexible full‑time schedule, benefits include Blue Cross Blue Shield, Delta Dental, Vision & Life Insurance, vacation pay, short & long‑term disability, 401K.
Key Responsibilities• Support customers in upgrading cell phones, purchasing accessories, and managing home services.
• Perform sales activities, activate products, and use point‑of‑sale systems.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; BS/BA preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of proven success in retail sales or customer‑facing business.
- Physical capacity to work 40+ hours weekly and perform store setup/tear‑down.
- Blue Cross Blue Shield, Delta Dental plan, vision & life insurance.
- Vacation pay, short & long‑term disability, 401K.
