Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Quality Control Technician (CMM Programmer) to join their team. As a Quality Control Technician, you will support various operational teams within the Quality Control department. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a results-driven mindset.

Job Title: Quality Control Technician (CMM Programmer)

Pay Range: $57,408 - $76,336

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement systems to ensure products meet or exceed customer requirements.
  • Perform CMM programming for all parts requiring measurement using the CMM machine.
  • Train quality control operators on the correct setup and operation of CMM machines.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams with other departments and engineering disciplines.
  • Apply problem-solving methodologies to identify and resolve quality issues.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in quality control in manufacturing or CMM programming.
  • Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
