Our Production Management Department at Hyundai Mobis North America Electrified Powertrain is seeking a Complete Knock Down (CKD) Assistant Manager to join our team in Richmond Hill, Georgia
. In this role, you will support the development, coordination, and execution of CKD operations to ensure efficient production, quality, and delivery. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to optimize processes and support continuous improvement initiatives. Job description
- Oversee and support daily CKD operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with production standards
- Coordinate CKD packaging, logistics, and shipment planning to meet production and customer timelines
- Monitor inventory levels, material flow, and component availability to prevent production delays
- Analyze CKD process data and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste
- Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve issues and support continuous improvement
- Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations related to CKD performance and KPIs
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements across CKD activities
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, or CKD‑related operations
- Strong understanding of production processes, material flow, and packaging standards
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and problem‑solving
- Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in automotive manufacturing or Tier 1 supplier operations
- Knowledge of CKD packaging standards, export processes, or international logistics
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma certification
- Supervisory or team‑lead experience
Minimum Education /
Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
