Our Production Management Department is seeking a CKD Material Planner in Richmond Hill, GA
. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑driven, and experienced in managing CKD material flow, export packaging, and international logistics. This role supports inventory control, procurement, and CKD kit accuracy while ensuring materials, components, and packaging are available at the right time, cost, and quality. Strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to coordinate across global supply chain partners are essential for success.

- Monitor CKD material requirements and prevent shortages through daily production and export schedule tracking
- Manage CKD packaging plans, container loading schedules, and export shipment coordination
- Maintain and troubleshoot EDI/SAP orders, CKD BOM accuracy, pack counts, and revision updates
- Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, variance analysis, FIFO monitoring, and safety stock optimization
- Coordinate incoming CKD components, export documentation, customs requirements, and HTS code accuracy
- Oversee GR/ASN verification, OS&D issues, vendor returns, and CKD kit quality checks
- Assist with model year changes, engineering revisions, and CKD build‑out activities
- Maintain CKD documentation including DMR/RMA logs, packing slips, export records, and inventory reports •
- Collaborate with suppliers, packaging engineering, logistics teams, and overseas plants to ensure smooth CKD material flow
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience preferred
- Experience in inventory control, logistics, procurement, or CKD/SKD operations
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross‑functionally
- Ability to manage fast‑paced production and export timelines
- Experience in CKD/SKD, export logistics, or Tier 1 automotive manufacturing
- Knowledge of SAP PP/MM/SD modules and MES systems
- Understanding of CKD BOMs, pack counts, material master data, and revision control
- Experience with cycle counting, inventory accuracy, and root‑cause analysis
- Familiarity with customs processes, HTS codes, export documentation, and container utilization
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Operations Management, or a related field
