Our client is a leader in commercial installation of high-rise glass and custom entrances in the property management industry across the Greater Toronto Area. They continue to deliver an exceptional product to their loyal customers and are seeking to add an experienced and motivated Crew Leader to join their valued team!

• Lead and manage a crew of technicians in the installation of high-rise glass projects, custom entrances, revolving doors, and automatic operators
• Follow project specifications and quality standards within timelines
• Deliver exceptional finish product with no deficiencies
• Utilize a wide range of tools and equipment proficiently, including those used in metal, wood, and low voltage electrical work
• Liaise with team members and clients
• Continuously improve technical skills and stay updated with industry advancements
• Adhere to all Health and Safety Policy and Procedures

• 5+ year experience as a Commercial Service Technician or Glazier
• Proven experience in a leadership role
• Experience working with metal, wood, and low voltage electrical systems
  
  Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Must possess a high attention to detail and deliver a high quality finish product
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle
