! As a Sales Account Coordinator
, you will play a key role in generating new business, supporting existing accounts, and helping grow our company across North America. This role combines sales development, customer service, and account coordination—perfect for someone who is ambitious, organized, and excited to grow their career in the dental industry.
- Proactively cold-call prospects and identify qualified leads, gathering insight into needs and buying behaviors
- Follow up with sourced and inbound leads, nurturing relationships via phone, email, and social platforms
- Assist the sales team with scheduling appointments, preparing sales materials, and tracking sales activities
- Achieve monthly quotas and performance targets
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Process and manage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up
- Maintain and update client records and CRM data with accuracy
- Deliver exceptional customer service to build and sustain strong client relationships
- Generate sales reports and provide insights to support key decisions
- Facilitate communication between clients, internal departments, and sales representatives
- Recommend improvements to prospecting and account growth strategies
- Experience in high-volume cold calling, prospecting, appointment setting, or customer service
- Excellent communication skills and ability to write compelling outreach emails
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support, account management, or customer service.
- Experience in the dental field is preferred.
- Professional, solution-focused, and customer-centric mindset
- Comfortable using CRM systems and technology tools
- Ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets
- Creative thinker who finds innovative ways to source leads—a true hunter
- Self-starter with strong initiative and minimal supervision required
- Sales experience is an asset, but not required
- $24/hour + commissions
