This is a 100% commission‑based, performance‑driven role.

What You’ll Do
  • Work inbound (performance‑based) leads daily
  • Conduct discovery calls and client consultations
  • Present tailored mortgage solutions
  • Guide clients through the mortgage process
  • Maintain pipeline and follow-ups in CRM
  • Participate in weekly performance coaching
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of mortgage sales experience
  • Full‑time, in‑office availability (40 hours/week)
  • Strong communication and client‑relationship skills
  • Value structure, accountability, and skill mastery
  • Competitive and coachable

Compensation
: 100% Commission + Performance Bonus
