Job Title: Full Time Sales Associate

Reports To: Store Manager

Requirements: 32‑40hr/week availability

• Actively engage mall shoppers and follow each step of our sales process.
• Consistently network, creating and maintaining a list of prospective clients using our CRM tool.
• Generate hype and awareness within a mall environment by being an ambassador for WOW! and the brands we represent.
• Deliver on our brand promise by offering personalized, unbiased advice.
• Consistently achieve all key business metrics.
• Offer a best‑in‑class customer experience.
• Participate in documented coaching conversations.
• Responsible for inventory management: receiving, signing, and securing inventory.
• Follow merchandising and daily store cleanliness standards.
• Complete daily operations tasks, such as opening & closing the kiosk.
• Complete all required training modules and tasks.
• Stay current on promotions, products, services and policies.
• Follow our policies and procedures and maintain a high level of integrity.
• Managing cash, point of sale and inventory systems.
• Available to work during mall hours (evenings and weekends) based on operational needs.
• Manage multiple priorities with a demonstrated sense of urgency.
• Ability to easily adapt to change in a fast‑paced environment.

• Customer‑facing experience in retail or hospitality using a point‑of‑sale system.
• Available to work during mall hours including evenings and weekends.
• Wireless retail experience or commission sales experience is an asset.

• Full‑time hours (32‑40hrs/week).
• Competitive salary AND uncapped commission structure.
