• Previous sales experience
• Passion for feminine apparel such as lingerie, sleepwear, and swimwear
• Excellent customer‑service skills and ability to listen to customers’ needs
• Proactive, conscientious, and willing to work holidays and additional hours during busy periods
• A strong eye for new product trends and a desire to grow a career with continuous challenges
• Functional bilingualism in English and French (asset)

• Greet customers warmly and make them feel welcomed
• Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and explaining quality and technical features
• Provide support in fitting rooms and observe customer needs
• Achieve personal sales goals and take part in training to improve performance
• Arrange and display merchandise to create a memorable shopping experience
• Maintain a clean and tidy front store and back‑store areas
• Stay updated on new products and highlight top picks to customers
• Process transactions at the register and greet customers at checkout
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with support from the management team
• Perform any additional duties necessary to support the team

Hourly Salary: $17.60 – $18.10
