CUSTOM Framing - PT Team Member- Availability

Join us as a Part-Time Custom Framing Team Member with Anytime Availability at Michaels Stores.

Build customer relationships by creating memorable framing solutions for their art. Assist customers in shopping and ensure a safe, clean, and organized environment.

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies to ensure compliance with laws and standards.
• Use Elevated ABC Deliver to build relationships and deliver sales and production results.
• Complete framing orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain the readiness of the framing department and other assigned areas.
• Provide friendly customer service, assist in locating products, and ensure the store is well merchandised and stocked.
• Support shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
• Interact respectfully with customers and team members, promoting a positive image.
• Participate in truck unloading and stocking processes.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions according to standards.
• Acknowledge customers, help locate products, and provide solutions.
• Assist with omni-channel retail processes.

Perform other duties as assigned.

• Basic computer skills and measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutters.

• Retail experience.
• Experience selling products and services to customers.

• Regular bending, lifting, reaching, and stretching.
• Ability to move throughout the store and remain standing for long periods.
• Lifting heavy boxes and frames; using ladders or similar equipment to access high shelves.

• Public retail store setting with climate-controlled areas; some outdoor work and stockroom activity.
• Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
