Law Clerk - Real Estate
Location:
Richmond Hill
Our client, a reputable and highly regarded Richmond Hill law firm, is growing. They are looking to hire a seasoned Real Estate Law Clerk to join its team. The role involves working on both Residential and Commercial Real Estate transactions.
Responsibilities- Support Residential Real Estate transactions, including purchases, sales, mortgages and refinancings.
- Contribute to Commercial Real Estate work as needed; training will be provided in this area.
- Maintain a flexible, upbeat demeanour and keen eye for detail.
- Experience handling Residential Real Estate transactions (purchases, sales, mortgages, refinancings).
- Exposure to Commercial Real Estate is an asset; willingness to learn.
- Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin is a necessity.
- Strong detail orientation and team-oriented attitude.
