We are seeking a passionate veterinarian to join our Elmvale Veterinary Hospital to set the standard for medical excellence, mentor a talented team, and drive hospital success.

• Lead and mentor veterinarians and support staff to deliver exceptional medical care.
• Develop and implement medical protocols and best practices.
• Oversee surgical and medical cases to ensure positive outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the hospital manager on operational strategies and growth initiatives.
• Participate in community events and foster strong client relationships.
• Provide hands‑on veterinary care, including consultations, diagnostics, and surgeries.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and continuous learning.

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent, licensed in Ontario.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
