As we continue to grow, technology plays a central role in helping us serve our customers effectively and operate efficiently — that’s where you come in.

We’re looking for a reliable, motivated IT & Website Support Intern to join our team full-time on-site. You’ll work closely with our Automations & Web Development Specialist and support the backbone of our digital operations — from troubleshooting everyday tech issues to helping maintain our Shopify website and building process automations.

As the IT & Website Support Intern, you will:

• Provide hands-on tech support to team members across the company
• Troubleshoot basic laptop and device issues
• Install and configure software and hardware
• Maintain company devices and ensure user accounts are set up correctly

• Assist in maintaining and updating the Shopify store
• Upload and organize images and digital assets
• Test website features and report any issues
• Support updates to product listings, pricing changes, and sales content

• Map and document internal processes and workflows
• Identify repetitive tasks that can be automated
  
  Assist in setting up and testing integrations (e.g., Zapier, Make)
• Maintain clear documentation for systems and automations

• Experience with Shopify
• Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make)
