YOUR IMPACTAs a Sr. IT Software Developer within the Data and Analytics team, you will be at the heart of building our Data, Analytics, and Reporting platform. You will work closely with other developers, architects, and business users on crafting data solutions that support business needs and expand our data platform.
With deep expertise in data solutions and report development you will add value and ensure that the data assets are developed according to our standards and best practices. Ideally, you will be a self-starter with a proven track record in similar roles at other data-driven organizations.
WhatThe Role Offers
- Hands on development of data pipelines and reports
- Solutioning of data assets that support business requirements for decision making
- Ongoing improvements to data assets to support evolving business needs
- Experience in Microsoft Fabric, MS Sql Server, Power BI
- Mentorship of junior team members
- Understanding, analysis, and troubleshooting of data toolsets
- Involvement in cross-functional projects, working across IT teams
- Understand the data tooling landscape and which solution is the best fit for which tasks
- Working with IT to understand and follow the Change and Deployment process
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Certification in a data analytics field is a definite plus. - Experience:
5+ years in a data developer role delivering data solutions. - Technical
Skills:
The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in modern data engineering and analytics technologies. This includes a solid understanding of data pipelines and ETL tooling, databases, and analytical platforms. Proficiency in SQL and Python/PySpark is essential. Experience developing data visualizations using Power BI is highly valued. Familiarity with legacy Microsoft technologies, including SSIS, is also an asset. - Analytical

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Problem-Solving:

SalaryRange
$71,400 - $117,300;
Depending on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
