A leading retail company is seeking a Bilingual Technical Support Agent to manage problem resolutions and provide IT support for retail and office users. The ideal candidate has a degree in Computer Networking and 1-2 years of help desk experience. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting various systems including Point-of-Sale and network issues. Candidates must be strong communicators and comfortable with Windows operating systems.

This position may require working weekends and evenings.
