Operations Manager, Talent Manager
Salary Range: $50,000.00 To $60,000.00 Annually

The Operations Recruitment Manager is responsible for supporting recruitment efforts for both franchised and corporate locations in Canada. This role works closely with the Operations, Franchising and People Operations teams to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring consistent hiring standards, operational efficiency, and compliance across all channels.
- Identify and leverage local recruitment resources across the Canadian portfolio to maximize franchise candidate reach.
- Coordinate with local recruitment contacts to manage franchise advertisements and outreach.
- Collaborate closely with the Frising team to track franchisee applicants, coordinate interviews, and ensure seamless hiring from local recruitment channels.
- Provide recruitment support related to franchising needs as required.
- Serve as the national point of contact for all hourly chef resumes and applications.
- Proactively screen resumes to identify qualified candidates in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews while ensuring consistent evaluation standards.
- Support the People Operations team during onboarding related to hiring documentation and follow‑ups, ensuring compliance and smooth integration of new hires.
- Maintain and update job advertisements across community and online channels to sustain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Experience in the sushi or food service industry is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and resources.
- Foundational knowledge of franchising systems and Canadian franchise legislation.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience collaborating with operations and multi‑site teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
