• Recent university graduates with a 4-year degree in Business or Economics.
• Strong knowledge of business and financial services with a desire for career growth within the financial services industry.
• MFDA licensing is required for most roles.
• Flexible to work all scheduled hours including some evenings and Saturdays.
• Proven understanding of computer systems and programs including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, including coaching and leadership abilities.
• Effective organizational time management and problem-solving skills.

Salary Range: CAD $52,000 – $78,000 annually. Compensation for this role is based on a combination of skills, experience, and internal equity. Candidates with stronger alignment to the role’s requirements may be placed higher within the range.
