Position Summary:

Reporting to the Vice President, Finance, this position provides support to our internal Associates and the Finance and People & Culture departments.

Position Functions:
  • Process and calculate monthly commissions for Sales Associates
  • Process and calculate monthly commissions for 3rd party Agents
  • Perform bi-weekly, monthly, yearly payroll reconciliations and Year End payroll duties
  • Prepare and analyze reports (EHT and WSIB remittances)
  • Computes wages and deductions, reviews for accuracy and posts payroll records.
  • Bi-weekly payroll data entry for Associates
  • Understands employee payroll issues, and communicates solutions effectively, professionally, and respectfully.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3-5 years full-cycle payroll processing experience required ->
    Knowledge of full-cycle payroll processing
  • Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems ->
    Knowledge of payroll software and systems
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, including V-lookups and pivot tables and formulas
