Customer Service Rep

We are seeking a Front Desk Manager who not only brings strong sales skills and customer service experience but also has a passion for dance or familiarity with the dance industry.
What You’ll Do:
– Greet and assist clients, students, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
– Manage class registrations, payments, and scheduling
– Support studio operations with exceptional organizational skills
– Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient front desk environment
– Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with clarity and confidence
– Assist with sales of merchandise, packages, and memberships
– Work closely with management and instructors to support studio goals
– Be a problem-solver and positive presence for our community
You Are:
– Experienced in customer service and sales (previous front desk or retail experience a plus)
– Familiar with the dance industry or excited to learn the culture and language of dance
– Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
– A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
– Willing to learn and grow within your role and the organization
– Tech-savvy (experience with booking or POS software is a plus)
Bonus Points:
– Experience in a studio, fitness, or performing arts environment
– Bilingual or multilingual abilities (Chinese, Russian, Serbian) Not required but a plus
– Basic marketing or social media knowledge
