Warehouse Associate

Adecco is currently hiring a full-time motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to work for our client in Richmond, BC. In this role you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing products, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
Ideally, you will have experience in warehouse operations, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position is not accessible by transit and will require you to be able to drive or have reliable transportation to the site.

• Pay Rate: $ 23.50/hr
• Location: Richmond, BC
• Shift: 9:30am-6pm PST (Mon-Fri)

• Job type: Temporary Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties.
• Enter shipping information into a computer in the shipping department.
• Scan barcodes on boxes.
• Label boxes, and place boxes onto pallets to be shipped.
• Assist with order picking and packing as needed.
• Print shipping labels for each box and ship packages effectively.
• Keep work area well organized and clean.
• Assist teammates when needed.
• Perform other warehouse duties as requested.

Qualifications:

• Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada

• Must have at least 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable using voice directed picking technology/headset.
• Must have steel toe safety boots.
• Must have a car as work site is not transit accessible
