This position offers an excellent opportunity for a candidate seeking a dynamic and stimulating environment! We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and covering all aspects of their clients' order.
You will work closely with our Operations team to ensure a superior customer service experience to all of our customers.
Primary Responsibilities:
Coordinate shipments across Greater Vancouver and Canada, ensuring timely delivery and accurate tracking.Manage customer orders from start to finish, including order entry, tracking, arranging returns, securing Proof of Delivery, and preparing invoicesServe as the main contact for your assigned customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationshipsMonitor and manage the CSR email inbox, addressing requests and following up on discrepancies between waybills and purchase ordersMaintain organized and up-to-date customer records in our warehouse and transportation systems (WMS/TMS)Arrange domestic and international freight, including LTL shipments, imports, and exports, to meet delivery schedules and compliance requirementsRequired Skills and Knowledge
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar roleExperience in multi client warehouse environment (Asset)Experience in Transport/Logistics industryStrong written and verbal English language communication skillsWorking knowledge of MS Office:
