Courier Driver

To provide courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on an assigned route, ensuring all shipments conform to Federal Express Canada features of service
. You will also deliver related customer service functions in a timely manner.

As a Courier Driver at Fed Ex, you’ll handle packages up to 150 lbs using the appropriate equipment, maintain a good driving record
, and demonstrate excellent customer service skills on every delivery. If you thrive under pressure and are flexible with schedules and holidays, we want you on our team.

In this position, you will pick up and deliver packages on an assigned route, checking each shipment for conformity to Fed Ex Canada’s features of service
. You’ll navigate Canadian Customs regulations when needed and ensure timely, accurate deliveries.

You will also be responsible for managing customer interactions
, verifying shipment details, and maintaining a high standard of time management and organization
. You must be able to multitask, handle stress
, and work in a highly pressured environment
.

• High school diploma or educational equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with equipment
• One year of customer-oriented business experience preferred
• Must achieve required minimum threshold on pre-placement driver assessment training
• Some knowledge of Fed Ex Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations an asset
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask
