• Manage and control all staff assignments.
• Hold daily briefings with all levels of management.
• Provide support to front line management.
• Coach and train all employees to effectively improve operations.
• Ensure workforce adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a college degree diploma, GED, or work experience equivalent (a plus).
• Minimum 3 years Ramp Supervisor experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Ramp Operations.
• Strong organizational and multi‑tasking skills.
• Leadership ability.
• Customer focus and quality awareness.
• Ability to deal with conflict.
• Must pass background check and be able to obtain airport security clearance.

• Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds in confined spaces.
• Must be able to stand, lift, bend, push and pull for extended periods of time.
• Must be willing to work outside in all types of weather and elevated noise levels within the airport environment.

AGI operates twenty‑four hours a day, seven days a week in three operational shifts. Employees must be able to work flexible schedules, including weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) and holidays. Strict adherence to company attendance policies is expected and enforced.
