Location:
Vancouver, BC. Expected salary: $57,508 - $71,885 (final base salary is at the company’s discretion and part of a competitive compensation package).

What You Do Here
- Monitor and maintain inventory stock levels using CAMP software.
- Receive parts and material into stock using approved processes.
- Ensure quarantine of non‑conforming aircraft parts and materials.
- Package and ship material and tools in support of aircraft operational and maintenance schedules.
- Monitor parts and material, including dangerous goods, and prepare shelf‑life control reports.
- Prepare and manage outbound international shipments, including customs documentation and shipping method selection.
- Work with the Aviation Engineering team.
- Coordinate with external couriers and freight companies to collect packages from stores for distribution to other bases and suppliers.
- Prioritize Aircraft on Ground items and finalize delivery arrangements.
- Report safety hazards or concerns through the Safety Management System (SMS).
- Participate in all assigned training, including Human Factors, Ladder & Lifting, WHMIS and Transportation of Dangerous Goods.
- Work an on‑call rotation after business hours.
Ideal Candidate
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree/diploma in a related field is an asset.
- 2–3 years of experience in an inventory management environment within aviation.
- Experience with receiving, storing, issuing, transporting and distributing material; data entry; stock control; documentation control.
- WHMIS training is an asset (annual training is provided).
- Shipping and customs documentation experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Eligibility for an Airport Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC) and ITAR clearance.
