ABOUT THE ROLE

What you’ll be doing

• Architect and evolve a scalable Hub Spot CRM structure to power sophisticated member communications and targeted marketing
• Design robust, cross‑platform workflows using orchestration tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier
• Implement API‑driven AI workflows (OpenAI) for segmentation, data enrichment, and context‑aware member engagement
• Develop and extend retrieval‑based systems (RAG) using CRM data and internal operational sources
• Maintain clean, reliable data foundations to ensure high‑precision, content‑led marketing
• Automate manual processes across the business with an "automation‑first" mindset
• Collaborate closely with marketing and commercial teams to define and raise internal standards for AI capability

ABOUT YOU

What we’re looking for

• Hub Spot Expert (Essential): Deep, hands‑on experience managing CRM architecture and lifecycle management
• Technical Specialist: 4–6+ years in CRM, Rev Ops, or technical marketing with a strong grasp of APIs, webhooks, and structured payloads
• AI Practitioner: Proven experience implementing AI workflows that go beyond basic chat interfaces, specifically using retrieval‑based systems
• Systems Thinker: A high‑ownership mindset with the ability to build robust, well‑documented infrastructure
• Scripting Skills (Nice to have): Light proficiency in JavaScript or Python and familiarity with agent‑style AI frameworks
• JSON Handling (Nice to have): Experience designing API payloads and handling structured data
