Maintenance Technician II

EAH Housing seeks a full-time Maintenance Technician II with Housing to work at Crescent Park, a 378-unit affordable family housing community in Richmond, CA. This is a HUD SEC 8 / TCAC Combo property. Position will also float to other properties as needed. HS diploma/GED/equivalent required. Must have a valid DL and clean DMV record. Candidates will have 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience, including electrical and plumbing.

HVAC Certification preferred.
