About This OpportunityThe Maintenance Mechanic role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of production lines, involving troubleshooting, immediate maintenance support, and proactive measures at Coke Canada production facilities.
Responsibilities- Responsible for troubleshooting and providing immediate preventative and corrective maintenance support to production lines.
- Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform immediate repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Overhaul and install new equipment.
- Rebuild and fabricate parts.
- Perform facility maintenance and maintain clean and safe work area.
- Generate parts requests to ensure adequate inventory.
- Generate and complete work orders as assigned.
- Perform equipment change-overs and production line set ups.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 433A Millwright license required, Dual Ticket (Electrician/Millwright) preferred
- 1-5 years of industrial maintenance experience required as a millwright
- Must have the ability to read and interpret diagrams
- Programmable Logic Control (PLC) knowledge would be an asset
- Prior diagnostic/troubleshooting and preventative maintenance experience preferred
- Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment;
Bottling experience preferred - Demonstrated mechanical and technical aptitude
- Basic computer skills, usage of SAP system
