As they continue expanding across North America, they are seeking a high-performing Senior Account Executive to drive new business, influence go-to-market strategy, and help scale a growing sales organization. The RoleYou will be responsible for driving customer acquisition through proactive prospecting, consultative selling, and managing the full sales cycle from discovery through close. This role requires strong outbound sales capability, experience navigating complex buying groups, and the ability to engage technical and operational stakeholders within mining and industrial organizations. You will work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer teams while representing the company at industry events across North America.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close using a consultative sales approach
- Prospect, qualify, and nurture opportunities through targeted outbound campaigns
- Conduct structured discovery to identify operational challenges and align solutions
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations to technical, operational, and executive stakeholders
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles within mining and industrial
- Maintain strong pipeline velocity and forecasting accuracy
- Analyze deal and pipeline data to improve win rates
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to support the
- Share best practices and mentor team members
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience within SaaS and/or mining, industrial, or fieldservice
- Demonstrated success managing mid-market or enterprise-level sales cycles
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota
- Strong discovery, presentation, and closing skills with a consultative mindset
- Experience with structured sales methodologies (SPICED, MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, or similar)
- Ability to influence technical and operational stakeholders
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience mentoring or supporting peers is an asset
- Exposure to mining, drilling, or industrial workflows is highly desirable
- Sell a solution delivering measurable operational impact to a high-value industry
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
