Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Commission Sales Representative for 2 separate positions:
Commercial Sales and Retail Sales, located in Richmond, BC. The role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions for their appliance purchases. Key responsibilities include demonstrating products, processing sales transactions, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will collaborate with the team to maintain a high standard of customer service while staying informed of the latest product offerings and industry trends.
Qualifications
Actively engage customers, providing the highest level of service.
Manage and develop customer relationships and leads through walk-in and virtual/phone methods of communication.
Strong sales skills, including upselling and the ability to close sales
Supporting the store team to achieve both individual and team goals.
Ensure accuracy with Client detail, transactions, inventory and procedures.
Awareness of promotional programs/rebates to bring the best offers to our customers.
Participate in all vendor training both on and off-site
Clear communication and presentation skills
Proficient organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a results-driven, team-focused environment
Knowledge of appliances and home products (preferred but not mandatory)
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or related fields is an asset
Physical ability to assist with light lifting and moving appliances in the showroom as needed
Key Attributes
1-3 years of sales experience, Appliance industry preferred.
Energetic and out-going
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
Ability to solve problems
Organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Commercial Sales Consultant position requires at least two to three years experience in the appliance industry.
