• Welcome and guide customers through their vehicle purchase journey with professionalism and care.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicles, products, and solutions.
• Encourage test drives and highlight vehicle features and benefits.
• Present financing and leasing options in a clear and supportive way.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, technology, and competitor offerings.
• Build long-term relationships with clients to create repeat and referral business.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers and team members to exceed sales goals and deliver an outstanding experience.

• A true passion for cars, people, and sales.
• A drive to succeed and build a meaningful career.
• Previous sales or customer service experience in the automotive industry.
• Valid BC Class 5 Driver’s Licence.
• Vehicle Sales Authority (VSA) of BC licence.
• Strong communication skills, both in-person and digital.
