Sales Representative R3- Outside sales

As a member of our high performing R3 Team, you will be accountable for the growth of sales of a variety of Products including Janitorial and Sanitation, Disposable Food Packaging and Cleaning Chemicals and Tools.

• Responsible to Increase sales through greater penetration within existing accounts, while also prospecting and building business with new accounts
• Demonstrates outstanding customer service to build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction through face to face sales calls
• Implement and manage pricing strategies within all accounts
• Work with manufacturers' representatives to sell promoted and strategic items
• Attend sales meetings and meet with sales manager on a regular basis
• Manage Accounts Receivables successfully
• Grow territory with topline and bottom line results
• Communicate and cooperate in a productive manner with all departments
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

• High School diploma or GED required;
  Bachelor's degree in Professional Selling, Marketing or Business a plus
• Previous selling experience in a paper, packaging, janitorial/sanitation or food service distribution industry preferred
• Must have 2+ years of inside/outside sales experience
• Requires outstanding customer service skills and the ability to work in a team setting with a diverse group of employees, managers, and outside parties
• Face to face customer selling and relationship building
• Be resident in the BC region
• Fully functional job requires use of personal vehicle and ability to travel where needed in the territory
• Required to work independently, with minimal supervision
• The position requires outstanding analytical, organizational and oral/written communication skills
• Must be able to utilize acceptable mathematical skills
• Demonstrate a friendly and professional appearance
• Self-starter who takes initiative and maintains excellent follow-through and follow-up
• Strong Organizational skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Requires ability to efficiently use Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word and Excel
