As we expand into the Canadian market, we are seeking a passionate and driven team to join us in delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving success in the retail industry.

At the current stage, this role will also be involved in the early development of the store, including site selection, store renovation, and product selection. During this phase, the position will follow a fixed salary structure and a standard eight-hour work schedule. Once the store opens, a performance-based incentive program and shift system will be introduced based on sales performance.
Position Overview:As a Senior Sales Associate/Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a dynamic team, and ensuring that the store meets its sales and operational targets. You will play a key role in creating a positive, high-energy atmosphere for both customers and employees while maintaining a focus on excellent customer service and store performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit, train, and motivate sales associates to ensure high-quality service and team stability.
- Conduct one-on-one meetings with team members, providing feedback and developmental guidance.
- Create a positive and supportive work environment for employee growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet sales and profit targets.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring stock levels and product rotation meet brand standards.
- Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and equipment maintenance.
- Manage administrative duties such as coordinating with external service providers (accounting, labor services).
- Plan and execute promotional events and new product launches.
- Manage pop-up stores and market events, including logistics, inventory, and equipment transportation.
- Coordinate social media updates and store-related content.
- Gather and report customer feedback, product preferences, and competitive insights to headquarters.
- Build strong relationships with key customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- 3+ years of experience in fashion-related industries (e.g., jewelry, accessories, apparel).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with a strong ability to manage a team.
- Fluent in English and ideally another language (Mandarin or Japanese a plus).
- High school diploma or higher (post-secondary education is a plus).
- Passionate about jewelry, fashion, and customer service.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Skills:
- Previous experience in managing a store, particularly in a fashion or jewelry setting.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and promotional event planning.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
