We’re looking for a Merchandising Coordinator – Retail Space Planning (Contract) to support our Merchandising Services team. This role is ideal for someone detail‑oriented, organized, and passionate about retail merchandising, planograms, and space planning. As a Merchandising Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with Buyers, Merchandise Managers, Business Units, and Vendor Partners to ensure smooth execution of merchandising strategies. Core responsibilities include coordinating, maintaining, and publishing planograms, floor layouts, Paid Ends, and promotional displays across all assigned store sections and retail display spaces.

What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate, maintain, and publish planograms, floor plans, Paid Ends, and promotional displays
  • Support Buyers and Business Units with inventory management and space planning
  • Set up and maintain product images and dimensions for planograms
  • Liaise with Business Units on planning, execution, revision, and follow‑up of planograms
  • Coordinate monthly Paid Ends and Promo worksheets
  • Respond to vendor correspondence and store inquiries
  • Run reports for Buyers and Merchandise Managers
  • Review and update floor plans to ensure merchandising standards are met
  • Troubleshoot and resolve challenges reported by stores and internal departments
What You Bring
  • Experience in a merchandising or retail store environment
  • Strong understanding of product categories, hierarchies, and data structures
  • Basic pricing and promotion knowledge
  • Strong computer literacy, including AS/400 and RSA systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Highly organized with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
  • Initiative and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work across all levels of personnel

Availability

This position is a Full Time 12‑month contract. Hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.
