Wage: $20.00 to $38.00 / hour (wage determined based on experience and qualifications; higher wage levels apply for candidates with more extensive experience)

• Work in fast-paced environment
• Stand for extended periods

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Clean kitchen and work areas
• Manage kitchen operations
