• Maintain the quality of each dish while ensuring a speedy output
• Function as part of a team, with a focus on communication
• Ensure company food and plating specifications are met, while executing appropriate food handling protocols
• Uphold cleanliness standards of workstation and kitchen
• Support in all areas of the kitchen

• Previous experience in a full‑service restaurant considered an asset
• Experience in a leadership role considered an asset
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Energetic and positive
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Possess intermediate food handling and preparation knowledge
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast‑paced environment
• Own transportation is considered an asset but not required
