, Quality Control to oversee daily QC operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead investigations that directly impact product quality outcomes.

- Prioritize and schedule routine inspection and testing of raw materials, sub‑assemblies and finished products to ensure compliance with established quality specifications
- Manage human and material resources to meet and support demands from various departments related to quality control activities
- Perform QC testing, complete QC testing records and update associated tracking logs
- Analyze statistical data to determine trends and implement corrective action as required
- Prepare and qualify QC standards to support Biolytical’s current & future products.
- Manage Archived Finished Device Testing Program
- Define and maintain sampling plan for raw materials, sub‑assemblies and Finished goods in compliance with quality standards
- Monitor and support improvement of Product Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Initiate and complete Out‑Of‑Specification (OOS), Process Deviations Reports (PDR) and Nonconformity Reports (NCR) related to Quality Control inspection and Testing
- Critically analyze test results and participate in investigational testing to support OOS and NCRs
- Take active role in investigating and resolving problems related to quality, including leading correspondence with Product Support, Manufacturing and External suppliers
- Continuous improvement to maximize product quality and minimize costs
- Participate in Test Method Validations as applicable
- Participate in investigations to support QC related Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
- Review and revise QC documents (SOP’s, WI’s, FRM’s) as required
- Ensure QC activities compliance with all health and safety requirements
- Train new QC personnel in QC activities and requirements
- Undergraduate university degree, preferably in a scientific discipline.
- 5+ years of Quality Control experience in regulated manufacturing.
- Supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Experience leading investigations (OOS, NCR, CAPA).
- Proven ability to lead teams while maintaining production timelines.
- Ability to travel for potential on‑site supplier audit as required.
- Self‑motivated, team oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The annual base salary for this job ranges from:
$63,000-$75,000
