Brand Manager

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum Location: Greater London, Central London Job Type: Permanent

About the Role

This is a new role - giving the opportunity to make your own.

As Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the visual identity is consistently and accurately applied across all creative outputs — from digital and print to social, environmental and experiential.

Working closely with creative, marketing, content and events teams, you’ll help drive the future of the brand, strengthen storytelling and ensure this hospitality brand continues to lead in the world of luxury hospitality and culture.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Stewardship

  • Ensure all creative assets across print, digital and environmental formats align with 50 Best brand guidelines.
  • Act as a brand guardian, reviewing and approving designs to maintain a unified and premium visual identity.

Strategy & Development

  • Partner with the creative team to refine and evolve brand guidelines as new initiatives arise.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content and events teams to ensure brand consistency across all campaigns and materials.
  • Identify opportunities to elevate brand storytelling across all touchpoints.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work with internal teams and external agencies to ensure alignment on brand standards and objectives.
  • Educate and support stakeholders on correct brand usage and application.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Solid proven experience in brand management, ideally within luxury hospitality or lifestyle sectors.
  • Deep understanding of branding principles, luxury aesthetics and premium audience expectations.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate brand concepts to diverse teams.
  • Cultural awareness and international experience are highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and brand/project management tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strategic mindset for effective brand storytelling.
