About the Role:

The Marketing Specialist will work in collaboration with the marketing director to oversee all marketing aspects of this growing business. From planning, communicating, directing and coordinating marketing efforts to implementing and monitoring marketing strategy and designing advertising campaigns, this position will play a major role in the continued success of the business.

Oversee all marketing aspects, develop and implement marketing strategy including advertising campaigns to boost revenue for the organization.In charge of all social media platforms strategies, content and advertising (Facebook (Meta), You Tube, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.).Develop, implement and manage social media strategy and measure the success of every social media campaign.Use latest social media marketing tools and stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies.Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.Combine marketing and social media management skills to architect and enhance company social media presences, including interacting with customers, promoting brand-focused interactive and engaging content, and expanding opportunities for revenue.Work with social media team members to create innovative social media campaigns.Create marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules.Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members, including advertising, product development, and brand management.Collect customer data and analyze interactions and visits, plus use this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.Report progress to marketing…
