About the Role: We are looking to welcome an energetic self-starter, mechanically inclined and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our Folding Cartons Production team. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a team-oriented environment and embraces our Continuous Improvement working culture.

• Shift: Monday-Friday 5:00 AM-1:30 PM

Compensation: $22-26/hour

• Produce and manufacture folding carton products using materials such as polyethylene, polyurethane, honeycomb, etc.
• Ensure finished goods are packaged and tagged accurately to be ready for shipping.
• Utilize tools such as a heat gun to bond product parts.
• Operate machines such as a large die‑cutting press, small bandsaw, and pallet jack to move materials.
• Ensure processes and systems are followed properly and paperwork is completed accurately and forwarded on time.
• Complete orders on time and maintain our 99% on‑time delivery goal.
• Continuously look for ways to improve process efficiencies in the manufacturing of foam products.
• Ensure the quality of products manufactured.
• Ensure all equipment is operating properly and inform appropriate personnel of any problems.
• Count inventory as required.
• Make samples as required.

• Effective communication skills and ability to follow written instructions.
• Ability to work well with people in a team environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Desire to learn and succeed.
• Good organization skills and reliable work habits.
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow written instructions.
• Previous machine operating experience is preferred.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, as this position requires lifting, bending and moderate physical exertion.
