Position: Maintenance Technician 2-RRCR
River Rock Casino Resort is currently looking for a hands-on professional maintenance technician who will be acting under the direction of the Director, Engineering & Energy Management and the Chief Engineer. The maintenance technician will be required to perform installations, repairs, and replacements for the entire Resort including the Casino, Hotel, Theatre and Marina. You will be responsible for keeping our Resort in the top-notch condition.

Maintains life safety systems such as fire alarms, emergency power, sprinklers, etc.Performs active or preventative maintenance as directedMaintains parts and equipment inventories; anticipates requirements; submits purchase order requestsCommunicates effectively with all appropriate operational departmentsMaintaining a high level of professionalism while providing exceptional guest service at all points of contactBuilds strong working relationships with guests and employeesComplies with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulationsPerforms other duties as assigned or directedSuccessful candidates will demonstrate the following qualifications:
High School DiplomaMinimum 2 years of experience in maintenance including mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, drywall repairs, painting, furniture repairs, general facility repairsHotel room maintenance experience an assetAbility to work in a team environmentAbility to handle multiple tasks and projectsPossess a valid driver’s license and be able to travel when requiredStrong written and verbal communication skillsServing It Right certificate requiredA commitment to continually increase your knowledge of our products and services in order to offer exceptional experiences to our guestsA willingness to learn, develop and achieve new skills for personal and professional developmentLive GCE’s Values on the job:
