Ray-Mont Logistics is currently seeking a permanent full time, Maintenance Labourer to join its vibrant team. You’ll be tasked with general upkeep, including basic repairs, cleaning, equipment maintenance, and assisting skilled trades to keep facilities safe and in good working condition. Your Work Schedule

• 12-hour Day Shift, From 6:00AM to 6:00PM,
• Employees work 4 days on and 4 days off, it may vary according to company needs.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Routine Lubrication:
  Follow greasing schedules for heavy machinery (excavators, loaders, etc.) and stationary shop equipment.
• Fluid Checks:
  Assist in checking oil, coolant, and hydraulic fluid levels.
• Minor Repairs:
  Help technicians with basic tasks like changing filters, assist technician with their repair.

• Heavy Cleaning:
  Use industrial pressure washers to remove mud, grease, and debris from equipment coming in from the field.
• Preparation:
  Ensure machines are clean enough for mechanics to inspect and weld without interference.
• Inventory Care:
  Clean and organize attachments (buckets, forks, etc.) and store them in designated areas.

• Housekeeping:
  Sweep floors, empty bins, maintain a clean environment
• Organization: organize the selves, perform parts inventory.
• Waste Management:
  Properly dispose of used oil, filters, and scrap metal according to environmental regulations.
• Errand: pick up parts a various supplier.

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to lift 25kg+ and work in varied weather conditions (wet/cold).
• Comfortable working around large engines and hydraulic systems.
• High‑activity role requiring frequent movement, climbing on/off machinery, and bending.
• A valid driver's license is required
