As part of our digital transformation, we are investing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) to streamline operations, optimize supply chain management, and enhance customer experience. We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer to join our technology team and help shape the future of our ERP environment.
Position Overview As a Business Central Developer, you will design, customize, and extend D365 BC to support Finance, Inventory, Procurement, and Warehousing processes. You’ll collaborate closely with business analysts, functional teams, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, while ensuring system stability, scalability, and performance.
Key Responsibilities Develop, customize, and maintain Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions using AL, extensions, and APIs
Configure and optimize core modules, including Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Warehousing
Build integrations between Business Central and third-party applications, including eCommerce, logistics, and reporting platforms
Create and maintain technical documentation, coding standards, and best practices
Support Business Central upgrades, testing, and deployment activities
Troubleshoot system issues, analyze root causes, and implement permanent fixes
Collaborate with business users and analysts to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions
Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support operational and financial visibility
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
4 years of experience as a Dynamics NAV or Business Central Developer
Proficiency in AL language and experience with C/AL, extensions, and Visual Studio Code
Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Warehousing processes
Experience with integrations using APIs, web services, and Azure services
Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a team
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
