• Lead the Compensation workstream for assigned accounts, ensuring effective execution of AMS methodologies
• Collaborate with offshore and nearshore teams on day-to-day activities, incidents, and work requests
• Provide on-call support and holiday coverage as needed
• Maintain and enhance the Workday platform with a focus on reporting and data audits
• Drive continual business process improvements and ensure project deliverables are met on time

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science or Engineering) or equivalent experience
• Certification in Workday Advanced Compensation is required
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Workday Compensation
• Experience in configuring merit, bonus, and stock plans
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with good analytical abilities

• Proven experience in initiating and administering compensation cycles
• Familiarity with creating calculated fields, custom reports, and pay-for-performance configurations
• Ability to handle multiple engagements simultaneously and perform a variety of duties
• Willingness to go the extra mile to solve customer problems
