• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to understand processes and KPIs, lead requirements sessions, and translate business needs into clear analytical solutions
• Build and maintain analytics solutions on Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. Build pipelines (PySpark, SQL, Fabric Lakehouse), implement data validations, and troubleshoot and resolve data issues
• Break down complex requests into actionable tasks, investigate data discrepancies, ensure accuracy of critical reporting, and drive automation and process improvement

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science, analytics or related field
• Minimum 4 years relevant experience working in a BI or analytics role
• Experience working with Finance (GL, P&L), Supply Chain (Inventory, Logistics), or Sales data
• Experience or knowledge of SQL, PySpark and data engineering pipelines
• Experience implementing row-level security, column-level filtering, role-based access controls, and data masking/anonymization
• Data architecture, design, and enterprise data modeling for data warehousing
• Microsoft Fabric certification or prior implementation experience
• Familiarity with ERP applications data
• Experience with Data Governance (DG) framework

• This is a hybrid role (three days a week in office) based out of our Richmond HQ
• The base salary will be between $80,000 - $90,000 with a 10% bonus
