Senior Maximo Business Consultant
One of our clients is looking for a Senior Maximo Business Consultant who will play a critical role in the initiation, execution, and delivery of enterprise system initiatives related to supporting and enhancing the IBM Maximo 7.6 platform and its integrations, while contributing to ongoing enhancements and a major enterprise platform upgrade. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors as part of a broader EAM development team.
Base pay range:
CA $70.00/hr – CA $90.00/hr
- Lead discovery and analysis of business enhancement requests, identifying problems, solution options, business value, and expected outcomes to support investment decisions.
- Develop detailed business, functional, and non-functional requirements, workflows, use cases, and end-to-end business processes aligned with platform capabilities.
- Conduct change impact assessments to proactively identify risks, gaps, and stakeholder concerns throughout the system development lifecycle.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, feedback sessions, and readiness assessments to drive alignment, adoption, and successful change outcomes.
- Support enterprise transformation initiatives, including Maximo asset management implementations, enhancements, testing, and system upgrades.
- Define enhancement scope, goals, and deliverables while adhering to IT PMO standards and producing required project and analysis documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business analysis and/or project management roles.
- At least 5 years of experience implementing enterprise-class applications within medium to large organizations.
- 5+ years of experience within enterprise asset management and acquire-to-retire domains; IBM Maximo experience strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of IT disciplines, including enterprise architecture, infrastructure, SaaS/cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders, end users, vendors, and system user communities.
Pay: $70‑90 per hour
On-site three days per week
