Assistant Pharmacy Manager
Reporting to the Pharmacy Manager, the Assistant Pharmacy Manager supports the clinical practice directly with patients, overseeing the general workflow of the pharmacy (including managing team members), and occasionally business/relationship development in the specialty space.

Your Mission- Supervision and training of the pharmacy team.
- Assist the Pharmacy Manager in overseeing all day‑to‑day operations of the pharmacy, including workflow management, incident reports, overseeing inventory and other processes.
- Ensure excellence in all patient and stakeholder touch points.
- Enhance productivity within pharmacy team by delegating tasks and overseeing the quality of work.
- Currently licensed to practice Pharmacy in British Columbia.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmacy and people‑leadership experience.
- Experience working or managing in a specialty environment is considered a strong asset.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook (Email), and Word.
Hourly range: $51.35 – $60.97.
