The role supports the education and well‑being of the Sik‑E‑Dakh band community and contributes to regenerative agriculture practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all farm tasks including transplanting, harvesting, post‑processing, weeding, and seeding.
• Provide mentorship to community members participating in the Sik‑E‑Dakh Farm School in basic farm tasks.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of farm experience.
• Keen interest in small‑scale, regenerative agriculture.
• Strong communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift 45 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Valid First Aid Certificate is an asset.
